Ladram bay was an amazing location, with great accommodation and facilities. The bay is beautiful with impressive rocks and cliffs. We went there as a complete family including our two kids 7 and 3. It had the right balance of kids activities and entertainment in a lovely relaxed area.

A fantastic site with beautiful sea views and lots for families to do. Very convenient for many local attractions. On-site access to Ladram Bay made it fun for the kids, safe for paddling, swimming and taking boats out amongst the beautiful Jurassic coast scenery.

Ladram Bay is beautiful! the location is stunning, the entertainment by the greencoats was brilliant, it was very professional and entertaining. They catered for all age ranges and were very friendly and approachable. There was lots of information in Reception for activities in the wider Devon area that we could look through and then plan our days out. We had a brilliant holiday and would definitely come back again.

What a lovely park Ladram Bay is. Situated right on the South West Coast Path, its a walkers paradise. We stayed in a 3 bedroomed dog friendly caravan which was very well equipped, and everyone on the park is extremely friendly and helpful.

This is one of the best caravan parks I have stayed on. The reasons for this was that it was in a lovely setting with most caravans having a sea view and it was right next to the beach and the coastal path. It was also quite a small park so none of the facilities were too far away. The bar/restaurant were over looking the sea which is a perfect for a warm evening. We also have a dog and I found the caravan was better than the usual caravans you get when taking pets.

For short breaks with children, Ladram is an ideal location. Very friendly, close to sandy beaches as the bay is pebbles and there are excellent facilities for children and adults. Very easy to access from the M5 motorway.

If peace and quiet is your want its the place to be. Its also great for the kids as it is not many minutes from the coast. I don't think the park could get any better - it was brilliant!

It is a first rate site, busy enough for things to do but also quiet enough for a good relaxing break. Close to major towns for visiting, drinking or eating or you enjoy them all on site.

It was a lovely friendly site in a beautiful location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The caravan was lovely and clean and plenty of room. Particularly liked the walk in wardrobe in main bedroom. The shower was fantastic - much better than I expected.

I can't rate this park highly enough! The staff were friendly and very helpful, the location right next to the beach is excellent and the facilities are very well set out and maintained. It has all the things both kids and adults want in a holiday, but it never had the feeling of being too busy or crowded. We'll definitely be back next year!

This is a perfect holiday for the family. It has lots to offer and caters brilliantly for children of all ages. The pebble beach is great fun with the clear sea, and there are lots of rock pools to explore at low tide. The whole park was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Pebbles resturant is fantastic, excellent food with a varied selection and very fast service. I would recommend this park to everyone and will definitely be going back again with my family! One of the cleanest and friendliest parks I have ever been to. Wonderful sea views from our Otterton caravan, a good indoor pool for rainy days, a large amusement arcade with pool tables, air slammers and soft play area and a fun crazy golf course. There is a pebble beach with rock pools, so take your nets!

The park was brilliant and all the people were friendly. I have six children with ages ranging from 4 to 16 and they were all kept happy and all had something to do, even in the rain. The club was just great as at certain times they had something on for every age group. I would go there again.

The coastal views are fantastic, great for ramblers and easy access to the nearby resorts - Sidmouth and Exmouth to name a few. It is easy to reach once you have left the motorway, and very clearly sign posted.

The location of the park is ideal for those who want security and safety for their children. The caravans are the best equipped that we have ever stayed in, the facilities are excellent and it is perfect for groups. We have stayed at Ladram Bay twice and will definitely be staying again! We met some people who have been coming for 15 years and have no wish to go anywhere else!

Fantasic family holiday - great location between Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth - we were able to walk to both places with our 4.5 year old. Stunning views, great walking and good facilities on site. Fairly quiet -which is what we wanted,but you could get involved in the entertainment activities if you wanted to.

We had a short break in June at Ladram Bay and because we enjoyed the experience so much, we booked a week in August. We have also booked a short break in October this year and a further holiday in 2009. We have holidayed in the past at several parks of your rivals, but the standard of your parks are much higher. The staff are always polite and friendly and I would highly recommend a holiday at one of your sites.
